Delivery & Returns
Our Standard UK delivery service (which includes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands etc. – i.e. the whole of the UK) starts from just £3.99 and usually you’ll receive your order with 2-3 working days. Also this service is FREE for orders over £50.
Our Express UK delivery service starts from £5.00 and we aim to get your order to you the next working day if the order is placed before 2pm (on a working day).
As a rule you should expect it within 1-2 working days to be safe. In theory the whole of the UK is included in this service, however, our carrier, Royal Mail, can’t always achieve a next day service to some of the more far-flung reaches of the UK, so please bear this in mind, especially if you are located offshore.
We aim to provide tracking numbers to all customers when their order is despatched, we know you like to keep an eye on progress!
All Express Delivery orders will go the same day if ordered before 12pm - if after 12pm they will go the next working day. This is due to when Parcelforce & Royal Mail collect from us.

If your order is going to take longer than promised above, then we’ll let you know and we’ll give you options as to how to proceed. Please bear in mind that sometimes things do go wrong, despite our best efforts. If this happens to you we will do our best to fix things for you.

We ship our products worldwide - please take a look at our charges below:
Order weight between 0-2kg charged at £15;
Order weight between 2-5kg charged at £30;
Order weight over 5kg charged at flat rate of £50.
Please note that international returns are at the customers expense. All import charges and fees are NOT included and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Should you change your mind please contact us to arrange a return or an exchange.
If you would like to exchange an item please pop it back to us in its original packaging with all labels. Once recieved we will send you an invoice for the difference (if there is one) plus a £3.50 redelivery charge. Once paid we will ship the new item out.
if you would like to return an item please send it back to us in its original packaging with a note inside with your name and order number. Once recieved we will process a refund through.
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving all the items in your order. If you wish to do this please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your cancellation. Returns due to change or mind rather than faulty or incorrect shipment will be charged to the customer - please refer to UK Returns.
